    A Registered Nutritionist is a regulated title in some provinces, including Alberta, Québec, Nova Scotia. In those provinces, the term is protected by law and requires the same education and registration as a dietitian. In other parts of Canada, the title nutritionist, is not regulated, meaning people without formal training or clinical credential may use it.

    Other nutrition coaches may offer general nutrition or lifestyle guidance, but they are not registered healthcare professionals and may not have formal clinical training.

    At Replenish, all services are led by a Registered Dietitian, ensuring advice that is both safe and holistically tailored to your unique needs and goals.

  • Many insurance companies or extended health plans cover Registered Dietitian Services. While we don’t offer direct billing, we will issue you a formal receipt that you can submit on your own. It is recommended you check into your coverage in case you are unsure.

    If you do not have coverage, the cost of your appointments are considered a tax-deductible medical expense that you can claim.

  • We accept credit care and e-transfer

  • We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment.

  • Yes! If ongoing support feels helpful, we can discuss continued care together at the end of each packages.
